EP#69 – The Power of Kindness

Have you ever held a door open for someone else? Compliment a stranger or lend a hand to lighten someone’s load? If so, did you know that these simple acts of kindness can set off a chain reaction that benefits thousands of people?

Being kind is contagious. When you spread kindness and positivity, the person receiving it is more likely to reciprocate by being kind to others. Before you know it, kindness has spread like wildfire.

Kindness is always a choice, regardless of who you are, what you do, or where you’re from. When we choose to react with kindness—no matter how hard it may be at times—we’re acting out of love, not fear, compassion instead of anger, and that is something the world desperately needs right now.

With all of the negativity we see on social media or in the news today, it’s easy to view the world as bleak and hopeless. But it’s important to remember that there are good people out there, doing amazing things every day and making a significant difference—if enough people join together with this mindset, we’ll have a better world. A kinder world. A more loving world.

Like Dark Joseph Ravine, take some time out of your busy day to spread some kindness and positivity around the world.
