EP#66 – Changing Organizational Culture for Successful Change.

I’m sure you’ve heard the buzz about organizational culture, but just in case you haven’t,

organizational culture is essentially your company’s genetic code. It’s deeply ingrained in the values, assumptions, behaviors, and attitudes of your employees. It is the glue that holds your business together.

When your company’s culture aligns with its purpose, strategies, and business goals, it accelerates growth, improves employee engagement, reduces risk, and builds your brand.

However, if it does not, your employees will be dissatisfied with their jobs. They will not be as productive. Your company may fall short of its revenue projections.

In this case, cultural transformation is necessary… it changes the way an organization thinks about its culture for your organization to reach its full potential. But how do you know if your company needs a culture change, and what can you do to make it a success?

Imagine you’re in charge of your company’s culture. How would you describe it? Do people enjoy coming to work? Are they proud to be part of a team? Or are they just putting in time until their next promotion?

When an organization feels as though it is stuck in a rut, experiencing difficulty moving forward despite repeated attempts to improve efficiency, productivity, or profitability.

All of these organizational scenarios are indicators that your organization may require a cultural transformation.

Transformation entails change, which necessitates the use of a one-of-a-kind system.

To successfully transition your culture, you’ll need an experienced partner to provide the right implementation system, guidance, and support, and this episode with Judy Ryan may be of assistance to you.
